This occasional table is the second table I made with my plywood edge inlay technique.  It is a very time consuming construction technique, but the outcome is quite striking. Also see my kitchen table in the “design” section. The photo does not do this table justice. The pattern on the top is formed by the “edge” of Birch plywood. The table is framed in Maple, and the legs are Birch Plywood. It has a Tung Oil finish.
